THE CHALLENGE

Dependable Accounting needed a complete brand overhaul and web presence to serve small business clients. Their existing identity didn't convey the professionalism and trustworthiness their clients rely on. They needed a cohesive visual system that would work across print, digital, and signage — and a website that makes it easy for prospects to understand their services and book consultations.

BRAND STRATEGY

We built the brand around the idea of dependability — steady, clear, and approachable. The color palette pairs a deep navy with warm neutrals, communicating professionalism without coldness. The typography system uses a geometric sans-serif for headings and a readable body font for longer content, balancing authority with accessibility.

WEB EXPERIENCE

The website was designed to answer three questions fast: what does this firm do, who is it for, and how do I get started. The homepage leads with social proof and service clarity, with a prominent booking CTA. Service pages use structured layouts that break down complex tax and accounting topics into scannable sections.
